I can't imagine that you'll ever make any money from that so I would suggest that you remove it. As for your future posts remember that they will need to provide real value to readers if you want to gain more of them. Since you currently have <20 subscribers you can't expect to do a "I've changed my layout" post like the A-bloggers do. Their posts are interesting BECAUSE they're A-bloggers.
