My Weight

One of my goals for 2010 was to get fit. Watching what I eat and visiting the gym two or three times a week is the beginning of this plan. I will keep this page updated with how this goal progresses.

The journey officially started on 13th Jan 2010, which is when I managed to get my first weigh-in at the gym.  By putting this graph online I am making myself accountable, it isn’t just me watching my weight and fitness – the whole world can watch and see my progress.  I am currently aiming to consume around 2,000 calories per day, according to this website my caloric requirements are 2,756 to maintain my current weight.
